| We stayed for one night after spending the day seeing the sights and sounds of the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View. We didn't realize that Heber Springs was an hour away from Mountain View, so we arrived quite late. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and welcoming. There were even plenty of fresh cookies and fruit available for us when we arrived at 10:30 PM. Our room was clean, and spacious. The bed was remarkably comfortable. In the morning we did notice some guest departures due to the metal staircase that connects the first and second floor just outside our door. This wasn't a big deal as a result of our late arrival, but I could see where it would be a bit irritating if you checked in at a reasonable time and were trying to get an early start on sleep. |

| Decent hotel - near trout hatchery about an hour from Mt. View. Rooms were comfortable - a little disappointed that there was no fitness center. |

| The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to the lake and staff lets guests park boats in grass. |
