| Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downside was that we arrived at 2am and no one answered the buzzer not the phone to allow us access to check in for over 20 minutes. |

| Very nice hotel and looked nearly new. The pool and workout room are very nice. We ate breakfast at the American Grill in the hotel and were very pleased. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable. |

| My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Customer service from the staff was excellent. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. |

| I recently stayed at the Hilton in Conway Ark going and coming from Ok. I left my classring in the hotel and the staff at the Hilton saved the irreplaceable keepsake for me until I returned on my trip home. Great job guys. I can't thank you enough. |

| Personally, I would prefer a free breakfast bar. What was touted as made-to-order breakfast was not necessary because plenty of food was available on breakfast bar without ordering anything else, yet an separate charge was made for the breakfast. I'd rather not deal with the effervescent hostess when I'm just waking up, much less pay extra for brea kfast. |

| This hotel was one of the best stays I've had in the Arkansas area, The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The only down side was the address to the hotel from my GPS was about one mile off the actual address, and I picked a room next to the elevator. But my stay overall was great. |

| The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was very inviting. The employees were nice and helpful. The food was wonderful. The hotel is in a very nice shopping area surrounded by restaurants, which is a big plus. I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends. |

| This hotel has awesome atmosphere. I love the lobby with fireplace. The exercise room is very nice as well. We have stayed before and it was a great time both times. |
