| Nice hotel and great service. They make a point of advertising the "Clean Air" condition of the hotel. While the lobby and common areas we visited seemed okay, both our rooms had a VERY stale cigarette smell and seemed to have had a smoker in them recently. On checkout, I found a receipt under my door for a $1.50 safe charge. ??? Didn't even know there was a safe in the room. I brought it to the clerk's attention and she promptly removed the charge. Once I got home, i found that we had left my shaving kit. I called the hotel and they offered to let me pick it up anytime, but since I was already home, they offered to have it shipped to me at my expense. Fair enough, since it was my haste that caused the problem in the first place. I did receive my shaving kit and everygthing it it. Other than the smell and the attempt to charge me the extra buck and a half, we were very pleased with the hotel. If you're going to charge me for something, let me know at check-in, don't try to slip it by me thinking i won't notice please! |

| Me and my family thoroughly loved it here. Only thing is I left my makeup bag on the bed and the room keeper thought it was a purse so our room didn't get cleaned. Other than that we will surely be returning! |

| Very clean and comfortable. Only bad thing was the 'continental breakfast' was nothing more than kellogs frosted flakes or rice krispies. Still happy with my stay. |

| Found the Confort Suites Searcy to be a very nice and pleasant hotel. Very quiet, close to everything, and staff very pleasant. Found entire hotel including parking, pool area and lobby as neat as possible and will choose hotel again. |

| The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the only down side was the WiFi was extremely slow. I went to the front desk to ask if there were any hard wire connections, they offered me an ethernet cable. That was great, except there is only one output per room. We had 3 laptops with us. Overall it was great, it will be where we stay on future trips to Searcy. In the future we will plan not to work as much while there. The bookstore in the strip mall next to the hotel did have great WiFi and excellent coffee (better than the large west coast chains) and were very nice not to kick us out. :-) |
