| Check in at the hotel was good and the room was nice. However, upon check-out there was no one at the desk. I waited and waited and looked outside and she was standing there smoking a cigarette. I stood at the window in full view so that she would see me and come in. She did not. I finally flagged down a maid about to get on the elevator and asked her if there was someone who could check me out. Finally someone came to the desk and I could hardly understand. Her speech was very unprofessional. The girl standing outside smoking then came in and apologized and said she could not see me, but she was walking extremely slowly as if she was in no hurry at all to wait on me. Overall, the morning crew was extremely unprofessional and I will not be staying here again. |

| This was a very nice motel. The rooms were clean. The pool was nice and our kids enjoyed it. Check-in was quick and easy as well as our check-out. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. |

| Quick and easy check-in. The rooms were tastefully done and the beds were extremely comfortorable with high quality linnens and comfy mattresses. The only negative thing I noticed was that the carpet wasn't as clean as I expected. We were there on a shopping trip and the location was perfect! |

| This hotel was good. It was clean & convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I would stay here again. |

| They need to make the information available in the room on how to use the shower. Many people would not ask the front desk how to turn on the shower. The front desk personnel answer this all the time. Most would question if the shower worked or not. |

| The property is fine. The only issues that we experinced are the noise of the traffic and the shower in the bathroom. The traffic is loud from Interstate 40. The shower in the bathroom is not easy to use. Instead of being obvious on how to start the shower, it is hard to figure out. I had to ask at the front desk. They said they are asked all the time about how to start the shower. You must pull down where the water comes out of the faucet. They need to have a set of instructions readily available for patrons in the bathroom. They can have it next to the shampoo and lotion. |

| The Comfort Suites was very nice. Guest relations desk was very helpful with directions. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel. |

| The beds were wonderful. We are so fortunate to have found a place that we can stay as we travel from Oklahoma to Alabama. Will continue to stay here. |
